Capt’n Chucky’s prize-winning Smith Island Crab Cake is made from 3.25 oz. of super tender colossal jumbo lump crab, no filler, and is “all meat.”  Crab cakes are made fresh (not frozen) on the sale date and have a refrigerated life of 5-6 days.  You may freeze them to enjoy later.  The Maryland Crab Soup is tomato-based with vegetables and lots of crab meat.
